Find Foreclosures – My Favorite Way
I have shown you how to find foreclosures and pre-foreclosures in your neighborhood and on the internet. The only cost to these ways is your time. Both ways cost you a lot of time. The reason I say this is because they only give you info on the homes that are in pre-foreclosure, they do not give you any figures on whether there is any equity in the home. Going after a home that doesn’t have any equity is a waste of your time and also could be very costly if you buy a home that is not profitable. What I found is a place on the internet where I can find foreclosures with all the information I need in one place. That place is Foreclosure Experts.
At Foreclosure Experts I can put in search criteria, including a percent of equity and Foreclosure Experts gives me a foreclosure listing that meets my criteria. Then I can look at a map of where the house is located. I personally do not want to get involved in a home in a bad neighborhood no matter how great the deal. I select the ones that have the equity I am looking for and a good location. Using the advanced search criteria I am able to get a list of foreclosed homes that are most likely to provide a profit for me.
So now that you have your foreclosed homes list, the next question you might have is ,”How to buy foreclosures”? This brings up my favorite part of Foreclosure Experts. There are ton’s of articles written by Alexis McGee, president of Foreclosure Experts, on how to purchase the foreclosure and how to profit from your investment. She also provides courses, and they have coaches to help you buy the home, fix it up and then sell the home for a significant profit for you. I know that my success is solely because I have invested in Foreclosures Experts.
I trust the information I get from Foreclosure Experts because Alexis McGee is a Nationally Recognized Foreclosures and REO expert with over 20 years of experience. She’s the go-to person interviewed or quoted by media coast to coast, from The Wall Street Journal, New York Times, Los Angeles Times, and Chicago Tribune to Money Magazine, Manhattan Mortgage, CNNMoney.com, MSN.money.com, CBSMarketWatch.com, DailyNews.com, InmanNews.com, CBS, NBC, ABC, FOX, and CNBC as well as National Public Radio. She has been helping real estate investors find foreclosures even before the internet.
