Hello, my name is Susan Boehm. I live in sunny Phoenix, Arizona. I started in real estate investing about 10 years ago, after I read Robert Kiyosaki’s book “Cash Flow Quadrant”. I took a few seminars, read some books and took a big leap. I wish I could say that everything has been perfect. But I have learned from everything that I have done.
